◾10% to 15% of your trailer weight should be on the hitch ball.
◾Your trailer should be level when attached to the tow vehicle.
◾Your tow vehicle should be level with the trailer attached. ➡️ Use an equalizing hitch to make both the tow vehicle and trailer level.
◾Never exceed the the Gross Vehicle Rating of the trailer and tow vehicle.
◾ Never exceed the Gross Combined Weight Rating, or GCWR, it is the maximum allowable weight of both the loaded tow vehicle and the loaded trailer that the tow vehicle can handle safely.
